How Long Will it Take To Get My Order?
It depends on your gift of choice! Generally, it takes about 21 – 30 working days for customisation to production to delivery. For existing stocks, it takes as short as 7 working days, depending the type of logo printing you opt for!
Are You Able To Source For a Gift Which Is Not Listed On Your Website?
Yes of course! Please let us know if you already have something in mind, we would be able to source the product through our extensive supplier network. We will also handle the quality control and customisation process!
Is There A Minimum Purchase Required?
Generally we accept orders as low as 50 to 100 pieces. However, orders with larger quantity usually enjoy a better rate per unit

Can You Ship Overseas?
Yes we can! Do let our customer service team know and we will make special arrangements for that. Kindly note that there would be additional freight charges for overseas shipping.
What Are The Modes of Payment?
The payment can be made via Local/ Overseas Bank Transfer, PayNow or Credit Card. Kindly note that:
- Overseas Bank Transfer option may attract a fee which is payable by the Client.
- Credit Card payment option, there will be 5% fee of the total invoice amount.
Are You Able To Help Us With The Design?
Yes for sure! Upon confirmation, our in-house designer will prepare a digital proof for your approval before proceeding to mass production.
Are You Gebiz - Registered / Can You Do E-Invoicing?
Yes we are Gebiz / Vendors@Gov registered and we are able to do e-invoicing for all government agencies.
Can You Ship To Multiple Locations Within Singapore?
Yes of course! Do let our customer service team know and we will make special arrangements for that. Kindly note that there will be a small fee for every additional delivery locations.
Are We Able To Produce A Sample Before Mass Production?
Yes that’s possible! For most items it can be done at an additional cost however kindly note that it will likely extend the timeframe for the final delivery. Pre-production sample may not suitable for clients who require the products within a month.
